Feb 27 (Reuters) - UnitedHealth Group has limited employee ‌pay raises this year ‌to between 0% and 2%, ​depending on performance, Bloomberg News reported on Friday, citing a person familiar with ‌the ⁠matter.

* The modest compensation increases come as the ⁠companyrecently told an unspecified number of workers they ​were beinglaid ​off, ​Bloomberg reported, citing ‌the person. * UnitedHealth did not immediately respond to a Reutersrequest for comment. * The company earlier this year said 2026 revenue would ‌decline for ​the first time ​indecades. * The ​company's shares were ‌also pressured after the ​Trumpadministration ​proposed a much smaller-than-expected increase to2027 Medicare Advantage ​rates.
