Ryan Seacrest is paranoid that someone touched his stuff! The On Air radio show host came back into the studio on Monday, and everything was out of place, so much so that he accused someone of spitting in his microphone.
The clip was posted to Instagram on August 17. It was captioned, “A case for Goldilocks and the Three Bears,” alone with a laughing emoji and a chair emoji.
“Who was in our chairs? Who was in my chair over the weekend?” Seacrest asked his radio cohosts, Tanya Rad and Sisanie.
“Yeah. You have to like really put your stuff back together,” Rad said as Sisanie hummed in agreement.
“When you go to your work, if you sit at a desk in a chair, do you have anything that helps you sit the right way?,” Seacrest said. “I have bad posture.”
Sisanie said that she had a back support when she was pregnant. Seacrest went on to say he had the show’s engineer, Tubbs, put a booster seat on his chair so his posture could be better. “So, I’m not leaning over, but I think it’s not now in my seat,” he said.
“It’s on the back, but it’s supposed to be like a phone book, so I sit up straight. I don’t know. Who was- Macayla, were you in our seats over the weekend?” Seacrest asked. “Rubi, were you spinning around on our stools on the weekend?”
Rad said that they share a lot of office space. Seacrest made the accusation, “I think they spit in our microphones too.”
“Oh, gross,” Sisanie replied.
“Oh, I wipe mine every day,” Rad replied.

“I don’t,” Seacrest admitted.
Although he issued a warning to those who sit in his chair on Monday, Seacrest also issued a warning to his cohosts in July. In another On Air clip, Seacrest read off a study where experts say that people shouldn’t drink hot coffee, any anything caffeinated, when the temperature is in the 90s and 100s, because it could dehydrate you.
“I understand,” the American Idol host said. “But it’s kind of like, I’m going to pick and choose my battles.”

“Yeah,” Rad agreed.
“This room doesn’t want me not having coffee,” Seacrest warned.
“Nooooo!” both women said.
“What does DJ Khaled say?” Seacrest asked.
“Anotha one?” Sisanie laughed.
“No. He says, ‘They don’t want me to be DJ Khaled,’” Seacrest replied. “You don’t want me to not have coffee!”
