The "Worst Way" performer appeared shocked by the incident and stopped the show for a moment as a guitar tech took his guitar.

In a separate fan-captured TikTok clip, a crew member could be seen wiping blood away from Green's neck.

"Damn, am I bleeding? Y'all see how tough I am?" he teased.

Green then pointed toward where the phone flew from and asked security to escort the concertgoer out of the crowd as the crowd booed the individual and cheered for the "You Look Like You Love Me" artist.

Another fan-captured TikTok video showed the concertgoer who threw the phone being escorted out of the venue.

Over the past few years, many musicians have dealt with the dangerous trend of dodging objects from fans.

Previously, Bebe Rexha was seriously injured New York City when a fan threw a cell phone at her face (he was arrested), and Harry Styles was hit by objects several times during a tour throughout Europe. Kelsea Ballerini was hit by a bracelet in the eye during a show in Idaho, and Morgan Wallen was hit by a phone in Minneapolis. Ava Max was slapped by a concertgoer while performing her song "The Motto" in Los Angeles in another disturbing situation.

Green's Melbourne show was the second of two sold-out dates at Margaret Court Arena as a part of his Cowboy As It Gets Tour.
