Galyna Saltkovska is taking a crowbar to her frustrations with the McBee family.
During the season 3 finale of The McBee Dynasty: Real American Cowboys, Saltkovska was left feeling “completely betrayed” after Steven McBee Jr., 32, and his brothers revealed their plans to sell the family’s car wash business — and part ways with her in the process.
Before breaking the news to Saltkovska, Steven Jr. gathered with his brothers Jesse, 29, Cole, 26 and Brayden, 22, to discuss the decision one final time.
“I know I’ve been debating it for the last few days, and this is still the right decision, no matter what,” Steven Jr. said. Though he knew Saltkovska would be “upset,” he insisted there was “a lot of good that comes from this, too, for her.”
After Brayden brought Saltkovska into the conference room, Steven Jr. told her the brothers had been “thinking about [it] pretty heavily” and had made their decision.
“We’re gonna sell the car washes as soon as we can,” he announced.
Steven Jr. acknowledged that the original plan had been to operate the businesses for several more years before selling, but explained that mounting financial pressure had forced the family to reconsider while their father, Steven McBee Sr., serves time in prison for federal crop insurance fraud.
“We have some banks that are getting nervous with some loans that we have up at the farm, specifically one that’s on Cole’s house, and selling the car washes would be a clean slate, debt-wise,” he explained.

Steven Jr. tried to reassure Saltkovska that the sale could also benefit her, noting that a prospective buyer would likely want the existing leadership team to remain with the company for several years.

“Honestly, this is a good thing,” he told her. “You would get a payday, and whatever buyer ends up buying the car washes, they’re gonna want the leadership team to stay on for three to five years. And they’re gonna pay them a damn good salary. This is a good deal for everyone.”
Saltkovska was visibly taken aback by the announcement.
“I mean, are you f---ing kidding me?” she said in a confessional. “They have not been involved in car wash operations. They absolutely do not know the financial state of the car washes.”
She added that she was “the one that’s really aware of what’s truly going on financially with the car washes” and when the right time would be to sell.
Back in the meeting, however, Steven Jr. made clear that the decision had already been made.
“This isn’t a debate. This is happening,” he said, as Saltkovska declared in a confessional, “This is insane.”
Steven Jr. explained that the family’s financial situation had become too stressful to continue as they had been.
“We can’t take it anymore,” he said. “The boys are starting families. Cole’s on his second kid. I need to be able to sleep at night in my house knowing that it’s still gonna be there.”
Cole echoed those concerns, telling Saltkovska that “the banks are calling us” and that he didn’t know whether his house “could be gone next week” if the bank called its note.
At the same time, the brothers acknowledged how much Saltkovska had meant to their family. Flashbacks showed Jesse and Kacie thanking her for her support in previous years, while Steven Jr. reflected on their close bond.
“Galyna really has felt like she is part of the McBee family,” he said in a confessional. “We’re always gonna care for her, and she’s always gonna care for us.”

Still, Jesse said losing Saltkovska as part of the sale was a “sacrifice I’d make any day” if it meant working their way out of their financial problems.
The conversation became more emotional when Cole told Saltkovska he believed it was time for them to “cut ties and kind of go our separate ways.”
“Oh, we’re taking it that far?” she responded. “You guys are getting rid of me.”
Saltkovska told the brothers that she had treated them “as a family” and felt they were now making a decision for her in the same way their father, Steve McBee Sr., had in the past.
“I’ve been with McBee’s for over seven years now, and I was here to support them no matter what,” she said in a confessional. “I made a lot of sacrifices for this family. It feels like the boys completely betrayed me.”
After Cole reiterated that he believed going their separate ways was best, Saltkovska stormed out of the room with a warning.
“If you chose to make it personal, let’s just go ahead and make it personal,” she said.
“What does she mean by ‘make it personal?’ ” Cole asked after she left.
The brothers soon got their answer.
Watching Saltkovska on the building’s security cameras, they saw her walk outside and grab a crowbar before heading toward Steven Jr.’s truck. As they realized what was happening, Cole covered his mouth in shock and Steven Jr. rushed outside.
Saltkovska then repeatedly smashed the windows of Steven Jr.’s truck with the crowbar.
“Are you f---ing serious?” Steven Jr. said as he surveyed the damage. “She’s so done.”
Jesse admitted it had “been a long time” since he’d seen that side of Saltkovska, while Steven Jr. said the explosive reaction was something the family hadn’t anticipated.
“We’ve been through a hell of a lot, and Galyna going scorched earth was not in our cards,” Steven Jr. said. “I didn’t think it’d go that bad.”
The dramatic confrontation came as the McBee brothers continued facing uncertainty over the future of their businesses and family farm.
“I honestly can’t believe we are in this situation,” Cole admitted. “I don’t know what’s gonna happen with the farm, with my house, with everything. I’m really not sure.”
Steven Jr. acknowledged that he keeps expecting life for the family to eventually calm down, only for another crisis to emerge.
“I always say that at some point, I feel like our life is going to settle down, and I feel like that timeline just keeps getting extended out because every year gets crazier and crazier,” he said.
With the banks “calling us nonstop” and the family’s “backs up against the wall,” Steven Jr. conceded that saving their business wouldn’t be easy.
“It’s gonna be really tough to make this work,” he said. “But I’ll be damned if we don’t save the farm.”
