Chris Conran and Alana Conran are going to be parents!

The Bachelor in Paradise stars, who met and fell in love during season 7 of the hit show, announced on Instagram that they are expecting their first baby, a daughter, together. With photos from their maternity shoot and sex reveal, the soon-to-be parents shared the exciting news and expressed how "really, really happy" they are for their little one on the way.

"We’re really, really happy🤍," the expectant mom wrote. "Our rainbow baby, our baby girl. Just a few months away, we can’t wait to meet you."

In the comment section, the soon-to-be dad shared his excitement for their baby on the way, adding how he can't wait to "spoil" his little girl.

"I can’t wait to spoil the s--t out of her 🥹," he commented.

The married couple eloped alongside their beloved dog, Whiskey, on July 18, 2025 in Laguna Beach, California. However, it wasn't until December that the couple exclusively confirmed their marriage to PEOPLE and shared all the details of their "personal and private" day.

"It was truly the best day either of us could have imagined," Alana told PEOPLE at the time. "Incredibly low-key, deeply personal, and centered completely on our relationship. It felt like a dream come true."

The reality TV stars announced their engagement in March 2024 on Instagram, sharing photos from their romantic candlelit proposal in Bali, Indonesia. When speaking to PEOPLE, they said they were enjoying newlywed life and already looking toward the future.

"Navigating through life with Alana is the greatest blessing I could ask for," Chris said. "I’m incredibly excited for our future and especially building a family. It’s only been five months married, but we’ve been together for over four years, and I’ve dreamed of the day when she becomes a mother. Alana has so much love to give, and our kids will have the world’s greatest mother. I can’t wait for our future together."

In response, Alana said, "I’m excited to be married to Chris. It’s been about five months now, and it’s been such a blast. We’ve already seen so many different versions of each other since we met, and we keep growing and evolving together."
