Carlos Boozer has raised some athletic kids.

The two-time NBA All-Star welcomed three sons — Carmani, Cameron and Cayden — with his first wife, CeCe Boozer. In April 2019, Carlos became a girl dad when he welcomed daughter Bloom with his second wife, Aneshkah Smith, whom he has since divorced.

Carlos' sons have all followed in his athletic footsteps, with Carmani playing baseball and Cameron and Cayden becoming basketball stars of their own. During an April 2025 conversation with Andscape, Carlos said that he is proud to be recognized as their father, especially at their own sports games.

"I'm proud of them," the Olympic gold medalist told the outlet. "I was in San Antonio and went to play golf. And a guy said, 'Oh my God, you're Cameron and Cayden's dad!' I was like, 'Damn right I am.' "

Ahead of the 2026 NBA draft, Cameron and his dad reflected on their legacy while speaking with the NBA in June 2026.

"Obviously when your father had a career like my dad had, you're always gonna be the Boozer kids, the Boozer brothers, which there's nothing wrong with that," Cameron said. "Honestly it's a great thing, but at the same time, as a competitor, as someone who wants to be great in what you do, you kind of want to have your own story, too."

Here's everything to know about Carlos Boozer's four children, Carmani, Cameron, Cayden and Bloom.

While Carmani was in utero, Carlos and CeCe learned that he had sickle cell anemia, an inherited blood disorder that can restrict blood flow throughout the body. After researching the disease, they discovered that their best chance at a cure for Carmani was a bone marrow transplant using stem cells from a sibling's umbilical cord.

Carmani was born on May 31, 2006, and CeCe became pregnant through in vitro fertilization soon after.

She gave birth to twin boys Cameron and Cayden on July 18, 2007. The bone marrow that they provided in the weeks to follow was used for Carmani's transplant, which required 40 days in the hospital but was ultimately deemed successful, per Nicklaus Children's Hospital's site.

"I don't have any memory of it at all because I was so young," Carmani said during a March 2025 appearance on TODAY with Jenna & Friends. "But I think now I have a great understanding [...] and I'm very appreciative for all of it."

He later added, "My brothers saving my life is our story and that's how we all came into this world."

"We love the fact that we wouldn't be here without him and he wouldn't be here without us," Cameron said. "I think that's super special and it's always going to bring us together."

The brothers' story is also told in the 2024 ESPN E60 documentary, Blood Brothers.

Carlos and his second wife, Smith, welcomed a daughter before they split.

Carlos announced her birth in an April 2019 Instagram post, writing, "Introducing Bloom Boheme Boozer!!!! At 37 Years Old, I Didn't Know I Could Fall In Love All Over Again... Then Came Bloom…."

"When I Call Her A Blessing, She Is Exactly That!!!" he added.

Seven years later, Carlos celebrated her birthday with a carousel of Instagram photos, writing, "Happy Birthday Bloomie!!! Love You So Much 💜."

Bloom is seemingly close to her brothers, spending holidays with them and attending their graduations.

Much like their father, Cameron and Cayden are basketball stars who completed their freshman year at Duke University — their dad's alma mater — in April 2026. (Carlos is also a member of the Duke Athletics Hall of Fame.)

When they committed to the university in October 2024, Carlos told ESPN that he was "proud of them."

"They've worked their butts off for this moment," Carlos said. "Really excited that they took their time. Decided to play together in college, which is amazing. They both complement each other so well. They made the best decision for them. Me and Mom couldn't be any prouder. It's going to be a fun journey."

Ahead of the 2026 March Madness Tournament, the brothers spoke to PEOPLE about the pressure of competing for the national championship with Duke, exactly 25 years after their dad did.

"Comes with the name, comes the brand, but right now we're just focusing on what's at hand," Cameron said.

Cayden also spoke about growing up with their NBA All-Star dad, saying, "Being around the game for so long just has helped us fall in love with the game."

He added, "Obviously seeing it at the highest level and just being around it, it's a real feeling."

Cameron has since declared for the NBA draft, while Cayden has shared his plans to continue playing for the Blue Devils for his sophomore season.

Carmani plays baseball

While his father and brothers have pursued basketball careers, Carmani is having success on the pitcher's mound.

In April 2025, Carlos shared a photo of the family posing with Carmani on the baseball field for his senior night, writing that they are all "So Proud" of him.

He went on to play for the University of Fort Lauderdale's baseball team in 2025, per their roster.

Carmani has also joined his dad on the golf course on several occasions.
